1. Booking the Experience

1.1 Each Experience at Younique Look Photography Ltd requires a £50.00 refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits may vary depending on the Experience type, date, and availability.

1.2 Booking deposits can be used as part payment towards any digital images purchased during your viewing session. If no purchase is made, your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your appointment.

1.3 A confirmation email will be sent upon booking.

1.4 All bookings include a 48-hours cooling-off period, allowing you to amend or cancel without any charges.

2. The Experience

2.1 Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 21.

2.2 Younique Look Photography Ltd reserves the right to deny or shorten the Experience if a client’s behavior, presentation, or hygiene is deemed unsuitable.

2.3 We do not offer childcare facilities. Please ensure any children are supervised by a responsible adult. We recommend bringing children only for Family Experiences.

2.4 The full experience typically lasts between 4 to 5 hours.

2.5 Clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment.

2.6 Failure to arrive on time may result in a shortened session or cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable in such cases, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

3. Amending Appointments

3.2 Amendments may incur additional refundable deposit charges, depending on date and availability.

3.3 At least 48 hours notice is required to change an appointment date.

3.4 Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

4. Cancelling Appointments

4.2 Booking deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur more than 48 hours after booking.

4.3 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are also non-refundable.

5. No Shows

5.1 Failure to attend your appointment will result in the booking deposit being non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

6. Viewing Session & Orders

6.1 You are under no obligation to purchase digital images during your viewing session. We operate a no-pressure sales policy.

6.2 Complimentary digital images included with your Experience, (non-retouched).

6.3 Booking deposits are non-refundable if the viewing session is not completed on the day of your appointment.

6.4 Discounts or special offers are valid only on the day of your viewing session.

6.5 Copyright for all images remains with Younique Look Photography Ltd . Purchased digital images grant you permission for personal use and reproduction.

6.6 Digital orders will be delivered on a same day via WeTransfer file.

6.7 Orders placed during the viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.
