1. How do I book a photoshoot at Younique Look?
To book your experience, please contact us at +44 7715 522210 or email contact@youniquelook.co.uk. A per person £50 refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
2. Is the booking deposit refundable?
Yes, the booking deposit is refundable if you do not make a purchase during your viewing session. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of your appointment.
3. What is included in the Younique Look experience?
Our full experience includes:
A consultation
Professional makeup and dry hair styling
A photoshoot with up to 4 outfit changes
A same-day viewing session of your images
The entire session typically lasts between 4 to 5 hours.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking or with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
5. What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation, and the booking deposit will be non-refundable.
6. Can I bring children to my appointment?
Children are welcome during Family Experiences. However, we do not provide childcare facilities, so please ensure a responsible adult accompanies any children.
7. Am I obligated to purchase photos during the viewing session?
No, there is no obligation to purchase any products during your viewing session. We operate a no-pressure sales policy.
8. What is included with the complimentary images?
We offer 1 complimentary digital image. No printed image include
9. How will I receive my purchased images?
Digital images are delivered on the same day via WeTransfer.
10. Can I amend or cancel my order after the viewing session?
Orders placed during the viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.
11. Do you offer any payment plans?
No, we do not offer any payment plan. All payments must be paid in full on the day.
